The second installment 2024 tax bills continue to be delayed. We are not getting specific answers as to why or when. The best we know right now is that this bill will not be mailed in time to have a September due date. And, we are not hearing anything more specific than a due date of  “no earlier than October.” (This does not mean that the bills will be mailed in time for an October due date. It just means “no earlier than . . .” )
 
We have not received a date for 2025 reassessment appeals. This is not unusual or worrisome. When the County has completed the appeal processing for those townships on the list ahead of us we will receive the Niles Township appeal dates.

As soon as we have a date we will notify our email notifications list. We will need to be patient. When it’s our turn the County will let us know.
